This is true AND your stress, challenges, pain, and blocks don’t just live in your head. Your body takes in everything that happens around you and to you and then stores it there. If you don’t process those stored emotions, traumas, & experiences, they live there, impacting many areas of your life & health.
There comes a time when the body is ready to help you do the work of releasing, healing, expanding, & transmuting.
This is where somatic work is so transformative.
EFT, Reiki, Meditation, & Sound are the somatic modalities that I use to help women who are seeking grounding, peace, release, and balance.
All offerings are available in person or virtually, excluding sound baths which are only available at my home studio in person.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. One single session can release energetic blocks that have been stored in your body for years.
30 minute session is $55, 60 minutes is $111.
Reiki
Reiki is a healing energy technique that was developed in Japan to bring energetic balance to the body.This non-invasive therapy uses the hands of the practitioner to guide energy within the body, often resulting in healing physical pain, emotional blocks, enhancing relaxation, or raising your vibration.
Only available virtually at this time. My at-home studio is undergoing a big upgrade & will reopen mid-summer ‘25!
Guided Meditation Journey
This differs from classic meditation in that I will channel messages & a journey that your Guides/Source want to take you on. A story, rich with detail & words usually comes out, rather than a repeated mantra or focus on breath. This journey will take you out of your body & into your soul.
30 minute session is $55, 60 minutes is $111.
