What’s Happening:

You know movement is important. You know yoga makes you feel good. But there is laundry to fold and kids to chase and dinner to make. Even opening up your computer for a yoga flow on YouTube feels like a huge drain on your energy and time.

What if you had the tools to craft a ten-minute flow for yourself that you could do standing in the kitchen while the water boils? What if you felt empowered in your knowledge of anatomy to take action in creating a sustainable movement routine? How would your body feel if you consistently released daily stress and tension?

At this Little Scraps of Magic event, Bridget Barrett-Parker, founder of Stable Bow Consulting will demystify yoga and give us the gift of learning to care for our bodies in attainable ways.

You may not have time to take a full-on yoga teacher training, but you can learn the essential tools you need to make movement a part of your daily life. With a simple system, you can create enjoyable, sustainable, and nourishing flows crafted to your specific body needs. Learning the essential breakdown of how the body stores stress, and how to release it, you'll feel empowered to move throughout the day.

All live participants will take home a special PDF from our event leader, Bridget and will also have the opportunity to win a 1:1 session with Bridget AND free entrance to her Yoga for a caregivers class on 12/16. Read more about Bridget and all of her offerings here.
