What’s Happening?

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make a cheese plate as beautiful as it is delicious? If so, this is the event for you! Enjoy a night at home with Maddie and Ellen Coticchia, owners of Sweet Brie Co. And just in time for Thanksgiving!

At this virtual event, Maddie will teach you how to make a gorgeous cheese plate from the comfort of your own home. She will use her background as a Montessori teacher to give you tips and tricks on how to include your little one in the process of building a cheese plate, or any other kind of snack plate! Ellen will be assisting and taking questions live.

Maddie & Ellen hosted a virtual charcuterie class for Yelp with over 200 guests tuning in live— you won’t want to miss your chance at this cozy, intimate girls night in with these pros!

A shopping list will be provided before the event. Feel free to purchase the items and build along, or simply watch and learn.

All LIVE attendees will have the opportunity to win a free 45 minute mentoring session with Steph and a code for your next event free!

Playback available to registrants who cannot make event live upon request.

Maddie and Ellen are sisters from Cleveland, Ohio, who brought Sweet Brie Co. to life with the goal of making cheese and charcuterie boards that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Maddie spent the last six years as a Montessori teacher in an elementary environment. She decided to switch careers and start her own small business this year. One of her favorite activities as a teacher was cooking with her students and showing them the art of creating something beautiful with simple ingredients. Although she is no longer teaching, she hopes to inspire people of all ages to appreciate the art of food presentation.
