Arrive in a candlelit room with the kettle on for tea. Make yourself comfortable on one of the arm chairs or loveseat, or sit upon a floor cushion. One deck of oracle cards will be available for pulling & reflection as we wait for anyone else to arrive. I’ll facilitate a grounding exercise to settle into our space and then introduce the Mudra we’ll be working with. Mudras are gestures or seals (often made w/a hand position) that carry prana or life force energy throughout the body. They have physical & energetic benefits. From there, we’ll do some very gentle breathwork, a short Guided Meditation Journey, & then silent meditation time. The final 5-10 minutes will offer space for journaling, intention-setting, or/& a bit of dialogue if desired.
Meditation cushions, bolsters, eye masks, & blankets provided.Extra yoga mats are available as well. 6 person maximum.
