Join us (Steph Trzaska & Jadine Murray) for an afternoon of meditation, breathwork, reflection, and sharing space for moms who give.
Think women’s circle meets meditation/restorative yoga space.
As moms of littles (Steph has 2 boys, age 5 & 7 and Jadine is in her first year of motherhood with a baby girl) we are so looking forward to spending a nourishing afternoon pouring into you.
