Nourish is being created for the woman who is craving peace, solitude, and rest.

You crave experiences and people that are intentional and rich with meaning.

Ritual, reflection, & thoughtful conversations are important to you.

As much as you crave & desire a quiet, nurturing weekend, you are also ready to invite some more play and joy into your life.

Where Is It?

A secluded luxurious retreat tucked away among the enchanting trees in Laurelville, Ohio, home of the breathtaking nature of Hocking Hills.

While our retreat will have rich, powerful offerings, there will be plenty of down time as well, which you can use to soak in the hot tub, rest in the sauna, pop over to the Rock House (or any other Hocking Hills spots— we’re right in the midst of it all), or read in one of the cozy living rooms.

Your Hosts


  • Founder, Little Scraps of Magic

    Steph will be your facilitator & Guide through the weekend, leading you through Circles, meditations, restorative yoga, & more.

    She is a Circle Facilitator, Reiki & EFT Practitioner, & Intuitive Life Coach. Steph supports women as they seek to reclaim their power & light through conscious connection with the wisdom of their body. Steph uses her empathic & intuitive gifts to tap into the energy of her clients, guiding them to their inner knowing and aligned peace.

    Steph trusts that when we are connected to our truth & intuition, we create a ripple effect that has a profound impact on our Earth & the people on it.

    Aside from fulfilling her soul purpose in transformative work with women, Steph is mom to little boys, Bruce (6.5) & Everett (4.5), and lives in Cleveland Heights, Ohio with her husband, Mike & 2 dogs.

  • Emily will be your chef & keeper of the details that will keep your space feeling sacred & seamless over the weekend.

    She is the co-founder of Santé Supper Club, a Cleveland-based dinner series created to bring people together around meaningful food, conversation, and connection — all without alcohol.

    With a decade of experience in the food industry, Emily’s background spans from food safety and sustainable agriculture to event production and community-driven dining experiences.

    Her approach to cooking is deeply personal and rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and storytelling — shaped by her travels, curiosity, and love for connecting through food.

    Though self-taught, she’s honed her craft through years of exploration, blending global inspiration with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, highlighting the story behind them.

    Through Santé Supper Club and her collaborative projects with chefs, makers, and wellness practitioners, Emily continues to redefine what it means to gather at the table, creating spaces that nourish both body and community.

Meals

All meals & snacks will be provided. Everything will be gluten-free and if you communicate other dietary restrictions they will be honored.

Beverages will include coffee, tea, mushroom elixirs, & seltzer waters.

Think organic, wholesome, & nourishing.

If you have any favorite snacks or drinks that you can’t be without, please feel free to bring them with you!

Flow

Nourish Retreat is all about restoration & relaxation.

We’ll mirror the quiet solitude of winter— coming inward, taking slow deep breaths, and melting into cozy blankets and hot tea, surrounded by the enchanting woods of Hocking Hills.

There will be an itinerary with planned activities and sessions, but also ample downtime to unplug, play, and wander.

Enjoy a beautiful balance of structure & down time to connect with other women.

Everything in the weekend is an invitation. If you feel called to hang back from an activity, you have full permission to do so. Listen to your body!
