Circles have been around since the beginning of time and something about hosting them in my home feels like a nod and connection to those ancient roots.

Knowing that the sacred exists all around us & we can amplify it with nothing more than pure intention.
My studio is located on the 3rd floor of my home & hosts Circles, small yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound baths, book club, creative workshops, and 1:1 offerings including Reiki, EFT, Intuitive Life Coaching, & Oracle Readings.
