Does your child only eat the same 5 foods? Are you struggling to find ways to add more variety and nutrients to your child’s diet without a battle?

What’s Happening?

Join Brittyn Coleman, the Autism Dietitian, and LSOM for a picky eaters event! We will cover the differences between picky eaters and problem feeders and discuss logical and practical ways to expand your child's food repertoire without forcing, bribing, or begging. Because picky eaters can miss out on certain vitamins and minerals, we will discuss the need for multivitamins or other supplements and how to spot common nutrient deficiencies.

Mama Matches:

Prior to the programming we will kick off the event with 1:1 casual mom talks. You’ll spend 15 minutes in a private virtual room with another mom who’s attending the event and get to know each other a little bit! It’s an incredible way to connect with other moms from around the world and find the common threads that unite us all!
