What’s Happening:

We all have an attachment style that is rooted in the way we were raised and the way we learned to view ourselves and the world. It is a system within us that impacts our ability to trust, take risks, feel confident and connect with others. Attachment styles affect the way we communicate, connect and express ourselves in our relationships.
