The specific energy of each of the 4 seasons will lead us through a complete cycle of metamorphosis, utilizing and honoring the Divine ebb & flow that Mother Nature provides.

Just like in a chrysalis, you can’t see the path before you… you don’t know exactly what comes next. There’s a part of you that wants to escape this space & go back to who you used to be…to inhabit the form you’re familiar with. But somewhere, deep down you know that this part of the cycle is essential. To escape this phase would mean the death of something…an end to the transcendence that you are meant for.  

 You surrender to the instinct to be still. To take a sacred pause so that you can BECOME. 

A caterpillar was born with everything it needs to become a butterfly, & you too, were born with everything you need to become the next version of yourself…the expanded, embodied woman you see in your future. 

Nature is beckoning you forward.

CHRYSALIS is a 12 month group program/mastermind hybrid that has been created for the woman who is in a transition and ready for a transformation.

This woman finds herself in a liminal space, disconnected from her truth, her essence, her light.

She is exhausted from uncertainty & is bloated with information from external sources, none of which bring her closer to peace or healing.

She desires to come home to parts of herself she has long forgotten about.

She longs to feel rooted in the present moment.

She is driven to vision cast and dream about the expansive future that she knows is rightfully hers.

She is committed to taking action and is ready to welcome the support of a Guide and fellow sisters who are engaged in their own inner evolutions.

Everything you need to transform is already inside of you.

I know this in my very core, & soon, you will too.

I have hand selected a VILLAGE of transformative healers & spiritual women who will introduce you to techniques & equip you with life-changing tools that are already a part of your body & soul.

They will be an integrated part of the program & will be with us throughout it’s entirety. These powerful women will each hold a group session every quarter/season, along with being a part of our support thread outside of sessions. Many of them will also create special 1:1 offerings for the group.

    Founder, Spotless Girl

    Audrey is a certified EFT/TFT Tapping Practitioner & integrative health coach who helps women to balance their hormones naturally and holistically, specializing in those who are struggling with PMS and period issues. Her desire is to empower women in their feminine journey and connection to their body so they can live a radiant and energized life, at any moment of their menstrual cycle!

    Founder, Breathe with Tine

    Christine (she/her) is a Chinese Canadian Breathwork Coach & Intuitive Guide, helping people reconnect with themselves again at the core so they may lead an aligned life with ease, flow and joy. Certified as a Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Coach and Reiki Master, she believes in the power of the breath to let go of old stories and help people rediscover the magic and natural gifts they have within. She loves bringing community together for connection and healing through unique experiences such as intuitive arts and crafts workshops, mindfulness and meditation, sister circles, new and full moon circles and more. Tine is a best selling author and shares her story of how she followed her intuition, found courage to leave the 9-5 life and made the leap to start her own business in The Rising Sisterhood: Rise With Us: How to Step Into Your Own Power & Change Your Narrative. She currently lives in San Francisco with her tiny human, furbaby and partner.

WAITLIST

A twelve month experience beginning just after Autumn equinox & ending one year later.
The natural cycle of the moons & seasons inspired the curriculum & flow for CHRYSALIS & they will guide you through your “becoming” in an intentional, connected way. We will draw upon the energy & rhythm of Mother Nature to hold you in ways that allow you to honor & sustain your growth.

  • September 29—December 15

    SURRENDER: You will observe, become aware of, examine, & finally RELEASE & shed what no longer serves you, just as the trees do the leaves. Our focus will be letting go of what’s no longer aligned

  • January 5— March 16

    REFLECT. As life slows down, & nature & her creatures turns inward to rest, replenish, & regenerate, so will we. It is this part of the metamorphosis that calls for you to lean into the stillness & solitude, perhaps even the darkness, so that you can create space for new, aligned energy to find you in the next phase of growth.

  • March 23—June 22

    REIMAGINE. Spring comes slowly, but the promise of new life is evident. It comes in small whispers & almost unexpectedly. Buds of identity & creations begin to form as the dark veil of winter lifts, & after a long journey, life bursts forth in full force.

  • June 22—September 21

    REBIRTH. The final phase of metamorphosis. You are ready to begin to emerge from your CHRYSALIS. The sun is shining, you feel the warmth, & you find that you have created the most beautiful wings. All around you is a lush, vibrant essence. Your world, in full bloom.

FAQs & DETAILS

  • *Preliminary, subject to change!*

    -Generally the schedule of calls will be:

    -Key Calls— 2 hours, 1st Thursday of the month, 1:30-3:30p EST

    -Embodiment Calls— 60 minutes, 2nd Thursday (1:30p EST) & 3rd Tuesday (evening). Facilitated reflection & discussion on what we’re implementing & working on from previous week or/and EFT, breathwork, reiki.

    -There will be integration breaks & vacation weeks throughout our 12 months to honor the need for spaciousness & rest. We cannot integrate learning when when we are constantly pushing ahead to the next thing

  • -Calls will take place on Zoom

    -Group Support Thread between calls (WhatsApp or IG private chat)

  • You’ll have access to me on our support thread & I’m very high touch in group calls as well. There will be a 4 30 minute 1:1 connection calls with me & each of the Wise Women throughout the year (1 per season). If you want intensive 1:1 work, you can add it to this program at a discounted rate!

  • The full price of the program is $5,555, however, I believe you should have access to this healing. Therefore, I offer a sliding scale of $2,500—$5,555 & I offer extended payment plans with zero interest.
